Please note! Original parts require an advance payment of 100% , since such parts are ordered exactly under you with delivery from Sweden. For all other details, the prepayment is 50% of the amount . In case you refuse the order, this amount is withheld in our favor and is not refundable.
Through the request form on our website
You send information about the required spare parts to our manager through the form, indicating all the necessary dates. Having processed the request (an electronic catalog of auto spare parts is used), the manager will contact you and give all information about available spare parts and prices.
Via Interactive Assistant
You can also make a request through the Interactive Assistant in the form of a chat. Select “Interactive Assistant” from the top menu and follow the information provided in the chat window. If it happens that the Interactive Assistant is not responding, the chat connection limit may have been exceeded. In this case, you should wait a bit for the free line, or make a request form or use phone.
You can request or order the required spare part by phone, describing it or providing a number (article). We will accept the application, process and give you an answer as soon as possible.
Your request is processed during the working day in the order of priority. All requests that we receive after 16:00 will be processed the next business day. Please consider this.
Delivery cost is calculated on the basis of the delivery address and order volume as agreed with you. Shipping cost is added to the order.
- Delivery at the Omniva parcel machine: € 3.00.
- Courier delivery in Riga: from € 5.00
- Courier delivery outside Riga: € 5.00 – 10.00
- For orders over € 150.00 – free delivery throughout Latvia (for individuals).
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
You can receive the goods ordered by you as follows:
- Without delivery: You can receive the goods after paying the bill and confirming that the goods are ready for delivery in our car service.
- Delivery in the Pakomat: The goods can be received in the Omniva Pakomat from the moment of payment of the bill and confirmation that the goods are ready for delivery.
- Courier delivery: You can receive the goods by courier throughout Latvia within 1-3 business days, after paying the bill and confirming that the goods are ready for delivery.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

If you request or order a product, but it is not stock available, our manager will contact you and will offer all available analogs. Be sure you won’t be forgotten.
Requesting spare parts for your car, you will be asked to select the quality of the spare parts. These will be:
- Original (original spare parts directly from Volvo Cars)
- Analogue (spare parts not inferior in quality to the original from Volvo Cars)
- Middle class (mid-range spare parts. Cheaper and more affordable analogue)
- Economy (low-end parts with an affordable price, but less quality)
- Low-Cost (the most low-cost version of the lower segment) – When installing such parts in our car service, you are given a warranty for a period of one year.
In case you mistakenly ordered the wrong product. You can return it back, if the goods have not been unpacked and the original packaging has not been damaged. The return shipping of goods is carried out by the buyer himself and at his own expense.
- Goods after opening the original branded packaging cannot be sold again and are not refundable.
- Returned items must retain the intact original packaging in which they were received.
- Products or accessories with signs of use or damage are non-refundable.
You can always replace or install a purchased part in our. To do this, when requesting the spare part you need, in the request form for the question “Do you want to replace the spare part in our service?” select the option “Yes”.
We will order a spare part for you and offer options for visiting our car service for its replacement or installation. You just come to the car service at the appointed time, where our specialist and your ordered spare part will be waiting for you.
If you are a holder of the European Volvo Club Discount Card, you have possibility to get an additional discount.
To do this, you need to select “Yes” in the request form for the question “Do you have a European Volvo Club card?” and enter your card number. When processing your request, we will give you an additional discount.
